KB7 How to use a custom application icon
  1. Create an icon that has at least a 16x16 pixel and 32x32 pixel icons with both 16 colors and 256 colors
  2. Rename the file to maxlauncher.ico
  3. Copy the icon to the same folder as MaxLauncher.exe
  4. Restart the application to see the new icon appear in the taskbar and/or notification area
